Well made from Taiwan, perfect for base station use. Review: Well made - Easy to put together. Works OK on 40 and 20 meters with my radio's internal tuner. I have to use my outboard tuner to match on 80 meters. Review: Not a happy Ham - It does everything mentioned, except transmit properly. 3by3 is tops if you're lucky. Don't waste your money. It won't let me give it a one-star, so I was forced to select two stars: not worth it and very disappointing. A beautifully built antenna, but it's limited to receiving. NOTE: I tried different coax cables and tuners, and the internal tuner on my ICOM 7300 worked the best on all bands mentioned 1:1 swr. So not sure what's going on. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Mediocre radiator *by H***W on July 22, 2022* I tried the antenna as shipped and was unimpressed woth its performance. I added a good quality UNUN bypassing the sort of matching unit at the base. I then ran about 15 feet (5 meters) of wire on the ground side of the UNUN and got better resuts. For an emergency antenna it was passable, I do use it with my winlink server as I modified it did completely connect with pactor II and pactor III.
