**Q: How would these hold up outside exposed to rain and elements?**
A: I haven’t tried it but I would think that the adhesive wouldn’t hold up for long

**Q: I want to use as a chin rest cover on a violin - does it smell ?**
A: I use mine in a wood shop where everything smells like oak, cedar, pine etc. I cant tell if these are offensive smelling but they do smell like rubber which may dissipate over time.

**Q: Can the 1/4" adhesive pad help with the vibration of a 6 pound air purifier?**
A: Yes most definitely!
