But since I saw that this new one has a "twist" like setup, I bought it to see if it was moderately helpful. It seems to be ok- mildly helpful, though not enough for my significant knee issues, but may keep pain away slightly longer- and given that you can adjust it, it is better than most one-size-fits all knee braces.
