Please note, discolouration and fading is normal on this product due to its natural wood effect. How to use your remote & timer To use your remote, flick the switch on the side of the light to the ‘on’ position. You will then be able to use the remote to switch the light on & off and use the timer function. To set the timer, simply press the ‘timer’ button on your remote at your chosen time, and the light will automatically illuminate for 6 hours every day at the same time.

The lights can also be put on a 6 hour timer so I don’t have to remember to switch them off - perfect and they look really cool too! The one problem was that the remote control didn’t work with one of the lights but luckily the other remote works both lights, so not a big issue for me but could have been a problem had I only ordered one light instead of two.

Bought for my grandsons bunk beds - the boys love them and as they are battery operated, no dangerous wires while the boys sleep. The lights can also be put on a 6 hour timer so I don’t have to remember to switch them off - perfect and they look really cool too! The one problem was that the remote control didn’t work with one of the lights but luckily the other remote works both lights, so not a big issue for me but could have been a problem had I only ordered one light instead of two.

Lovely little bed light, with just the right amount of light for a toddler room, timer function is great too. Unfortunately even the branded batteries don't last that long when using the timer so I have to change the batteries frequently or turn off when I go to bed. But overall, really good item.
