Once dry, they stop working, so on wood you simply reapply. On upholstery, carpets, mattresses or furniture you can saturate and allow to air dry. Lightly spray to remove any water marks after initially dried. **Q: can I add this product to the wash to get pee smell out of sheets and blankets?** A: Yes, you can pretreat by spraying the area and waiting 5-15 minutes to give the enzymes a headstart. Then add a cup to the wash as well. You can add it into the liquid soap dispenser or pour directly in a top loader.
