These are easy to install. Put them over existing ceramic in bath and they look way better. Easy to install by getting under the existing appliances. I used a primer over the tiles. These are not meant to be real sticky. But they stay down as long as the floor is clean. They are meant to remove easily. They cut nice with sharp scissors. Just go on you tube for a tutorial on how to measure and cut linoleum tiles. Seem to wear nice.
