They have worked excellently for everything I have tried. The food peels right off with ease and I haven't had any trouble with lingering odors when drying highly seasoned or garlicky foods on them provided I wash them thoroughly afterward. They do need to be handled with care especially when washing as they can be crushed or creased. They were very easy to cut to fit my dehydrator trays.
