Any quetsions, please feel free to contact us, have a nice day. **Q: Is it neutral buoyant?** A: No. The one I received is definitely negative. However, the current image shows something *completely* different than the one I received, so have no way of knowing for sure. Keep in mind that having a neutrally buoyant (metal) light will usually mean the light is significantly larger than it needs to be in order to have the air space needed for it to achieve that neutral buoyancy. **Q: Is there a warranty on this product ?** A: I do not know of warranty, but the LED lighting is very good. **Q: Is it saltwater proof?** A: Yes it is water proof. One limitation is that no underwater light is water proof at very deep depth below 100 ft. Seems to be very well made and definitely bright enough for my purposes. I would suggest using an 18650 battery as it did seem to be brighter then using the adapter for triple A batteries. Great advantage for being able to use two different types of batteries. If your rechargeable battery dies, just pop in some triple A batteries and you can go right back to what you were doing until you can get to charge your 18650.The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because there is no button.
