Great quality and mine came whole no mold or falling apart bugs. The smell everyone mentions is there. Smells like mothballs. But it eventually goes away. I hung it in my house right away and no one asked or noticed any smell from it, so not a concern for me or my family. It looks great hung up and so happy I made my little boy happy for his birthday!

**Q: How were the insects collected?\**
A: I am familiar with how entomologists collect insects, but I do not know how these insects were collected; sorry I can not help.

**Q: Are these real insects or is this a print?**
A: They are all real insects.

**Q: Can any of the displays be opened or are the permanently sealed?**
A: They are sealed with glue but I had a student that dropped it and it opened. Several of the insects were damaged in the process so I don’t recommend it.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super cool collection

Nice collection. My 7 year old collector really enjoys these sets. They came extremely well wrapped. The box was mangled but there was no damage whatsoever thanks to bubble wrap overload. I will agree the smell of formaldehyde (or whatever it is) was super strong when we first got them. After sitting in the garage for about a 2 weeks we brought them in and the smell had diminished completely. There is a tiny white box in the lower right hand corner of the frame which I assume is a moth ball or something else to keep live critters away- it's not distracting from the piece at all in my oppinion. Some of the bugs are slightly different than the ones pictured but that seemed to be alright since we got both sets we got quite the variety. She displays them proudly and her cousins gross out every time they come over to play. We will continue to purchase for other upcoming birthdays and events.
