I had consumed too many antimicrobial teas, plus echinacea, grapefruit seed extract, etc., because I thought was coming down with something. I stripped my gut of what was probably ALL beneficial bacteria and cause a severe case of dysbiosis! I struggled with loose and watery stool for about three months, with nothing else, including Florastor, getting me back on track. After about two weeks, this product has me regular again, with a proper consistency.
