Review: Very thin, but great for collage - I primarily use rice paper for my printmaking. When I first ordered this I was surprised by how much more thin it was compared to the other brands I typically use. In the beginning I was telling myself I'd never order it again, but after getting the hang of working with a much thinner paper I've come to actually prefer it for collage pieces. It blends in so much better than the thicker rice paper. It's not really substantial enough to use on its own unless I'm printing a lot of layers on it, and then it kind of builds up a thickness if that makes sense. I work on a Gel Press printing plate, and I love how this paper is thin enough it can pull up every little detail, but substantial enough it doesn't easily tear. I've since purchased it 3 more times, and will continue to use it as my go to collage paper. It's almost like deli paper with the exception that most deli paper isn't meant for artwork and it's really hard to find any that state if they're acid free. Review: Nice paper - Lovely light paper but you need to be on your game when gelli printing or it tears ## Features - This lightweight, thin and durable paper is traditionally used to practice lettering and sumi-e painting strokes - Hanshi paper performs like more expensive art papers so students can master their art and lettering strokes at an affordable cost - Great for students - Dimensions: 9 1/2” x 13” - Sheet Count: 100 sheets ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B002MF7OTG | | Best Sellers Rank | #228,581 in Health ( See Top 100 in Health ) #795 in Cigarette Papers & Tubes | | Brand | Yasutomo | | Brand Name | Yasutomo | | Color | White | | Colour | White | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 out of 5 stars 187 Reviews | | Item Dimensions L x W | 33.3L x 24.4W centimeters | | Item Type Name | Acid-Free Hanshi Rice Paper | | Manufacturer | School Specialty | | Manufacturer Part Number | 6E | | Material | Paper | | Material Type | Paper | | Model Number | 464822 | | Number of Items | 100 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Paper Dimensions | 9.5 x 13 inches | | Paper Finish | Watercolor | | Paper Weight | 20 | | Paper finish | Watercolor | | Product dimensions | 33.3L x 24.4W centimeters | | Recommended Uses For Product | Drawing | | Sheet Count | 100 | | Style | pad | | UPC | 031248019790 | | Unit Count | 100 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Yasutomo - **Colour:** White - **Material:** Paper - **Paper Dimensions:** 9.5 x 13 inches - **Paper finish:** Watercolor ## Images ![Yasutomo Hanshi Paper 9 1/2" x 13" 100 Sheets - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51cZXSmeWvL.jpg) ![Yasutomo Hanshi Paper 9 1/2" x 13" 100 Sheets - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51Qm2bytW9L.jpg) ![Yasutomo Hanshi Paper 9 1/2" x 13" 100 Sheets - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41cxD5i3AfL.jpg) ![Yasutomo Hanshi Paper 9 1/2" x 13" 100 Sheets - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61Fo6IemueL.jpg) ![Yasutomo Hanshi Paper 9 1/2" x 13" 100 Sheets - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41QxSEw417L.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very thin, but great for collage *by S***D on 27 July 2023* I primarily use rice paper for my printmaking.
