**Q: Any issues with seeing up the leg when sitting with legs crossed?**
A: Nope, especially if you've got thicker legs. I'm wearing my shorts now and the most you can see with legs crossed is back of the mid thigh. Even when I wear the 4" inseams, you can't see anything with legs crossed.

**Q: What size for 40-42 waist?**
A: I am a 31 inch waste and I fit a medium perfect so I estimate that you'd fit an XL!
They have terrific customer service at chubbies, give em a shot! 😄😊

**Q: How dark is the navy? It looks almost black in the picture (which is what I want, since they're currently out of the the black short).**
A: I'm not sure since I ordered the light blue pair but I can say the light blue that arrived was similar to the picture...

**Q: are these for chubby people?**
A: They fit me great. I'm not chubby. A longer torso and shorter, muscular legs.
