I recently used this blade to cut up a batch of flapjacks and my partner commented that it made the cleanest edges of all my attempts over the years. It doesn't fit in my knife block, nor have I been able to find a suitably sized block for it. It does come with a robust sheath, so I'm able to keep it in a drawer, safely away from delicate fingers. I've not had the knife long, so I've no idea how long the blade will stay sharp for. With a Rockwell rating of 56+, it should sharpen up nicely on the whetstone.
