## Questions & Answers

**Q: I see it has two hdmi ports. does that mean it supports two monitors with different displays on each, or would the display be identical on both?**
A: It can do either.  That is determined by how you set up the 2 displays in Display Settings in Windows 10.

**Q: Why won’t my power turn on?!**
A: please let the static go away: disconnect computer from power source, open case, remove cell battery from motherboard, press Switch Button for 5-6 times. 10 minutes later, put cell battery on, then boot computer.

**Q: This power cord plug looks different than normal ones. Can this be used in the U.S. or is it international?**
A: The unit uses an AC adapter with a detachable cable on the AC power side.  The unit shipped to me in the US came with a standard US cable.

**Q: Integrated intel hd 5500 or 6000? which is it? they are very different.**
A: so on Amazon, the 5500 and the 6000 show the same picture, the RAM is different, the SSD drive are different, the brand is different, one is labeled kingdel one is not, different cpu models. One is a mimic of the other.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great little PCs

Ordered five of these to replace older PCs in the office. I have them all installed now and had no issues getting the up and running and linked up with our domain. They are very quiet and fast and I like the small foot print. I can have them on top of the desks now and don't need to get on hands an knees to work on them. Most are using two monitors and we had no issues get them to work.Great little PCs!

### ⭐ Stopped working in less than 1 year

I purchased this in June 2019 and last month it wouldn't boot up anymore. The company is requiring me to figure out what the problem is and fix it on my own. It appears the SSD card died and it has been impossible to find a replacement. I have not been able to find the parts necessary to replace so I am now asking to return and refund since I had to buy a replacement computer. I'm not holding my breath, but I'm trying.

I very rarely give 5 stars to anything, so sorry Kingdel. The machine is larger than I expected from the photos, not a problem in of itself, just not my expectation. The unit came very nicely packaged. I thought I'd been sent the wrong system as the model pictured on the box is white, mine's black. Overall, the packaging is professional with cabling for just about every eventuality. I had no problem hooking up the HDMI to a cheap adapter and SVGA on the monitor I use.Kingdel sent me the Win10 Pro reg keys at my request. I've already installed Kubuntu on this, then put Win10 Pro into a Virtual Box container, registered and good to go. This machine may end up as a firewall and home theater server. The two NICs are handy, plus 8 USB ports. A well thought out system at a better price than anything else I can find. I think i can run two OS'es in VBox at 4GB each, plus Kubuntu at 8GB and still have a fairly dynamic and speedy response. Thumbs up.
