My problem is with the latches and the casters. The counter sunk screws do not sink far enough and prevent the latches from working smoothly. I had to grind down a few of the screw in order for the latches to work. The casters do now swivel smoothly. One has to be manually turned by hand. ### ⭐⭐ Very disappointed in locking mechanism *by S***N on Reviewed in the United States on December 5, 2017* Just received my crate and I can tell you now my 75 pound Shepard will figure out the locks in less than 5 mins so I will have to chain the door closed. Very disappointed in locking mechanism. He has figured out more difficult locks than this in less than an hour. I also think the door could be a couple inches wider. It's a crate for a big dog with a little door. I may end up sending back. Too many things I don't like about this crate.
