My order arrived in just 3 days and the steaks were nicely packaged and came frozen in dry ice and vacuum sealed. Greensbury Market staff was super helpful since I ordered these around Memorial day and wanted to be sure that they were delivered to the address we would be at. The filets are a nice size, perfect for a main course although they are so good you'll be wanting more. I couldn't believe the quality! I have ordered from other meat delivery options, Omaha, etc. And the others don't come close in quality - so tender. I grew up in Minnesota and was raised on midwestern beef - nothing compares. Plus, I love they are organic and grass fed. I will definitely be ordering again in the future. I received this item at a discount for my fair and honest review.
