## Questions & Answers

**Q: I can't get the bits to stay in. What am I doing wrong or is it faulty? I push down and twist.**
A: Hi, I spoke to my brother as I bought this item for him.  He said they are difficult to attach to start with and you have to pull the chuck cover right the way back, then put the drill bit in and it locks into the chuck then.  

Also he found putting some oil on the bottom of the drill bit helped as it was easier to push in and make it lock. If you can pull the drill bit out before you start drilling it is not locked in which is why it is not staying in place.  Hope this helps.

**Q: Can this break concrete footings that are built for rear extensions?**
A: I have broken several blocks of concrete at over 1 foot thick with no problems. Just be prepared for your arms to vibrate for several hours after use.

**Q: Does this have reverse on it**
A: No but it is a powerful and good tool, and actually their customer service is excellent.

I was moved to buy it because of previous reviews and all the additional bits it came with. Like all drills of this type (of which I've owned a few and this is by far the best) it's a bit on the heavy side, but the anti vibration device helps manage this when the drill is being used. After about six months of good use, I had a little niggle with the drill so got in touch with the manufacturer. They couldn't have been more helpful, displaying customer service at its very best. I would absolutely recommend this drill to anyone looking for such a piece of kit, not just because its good at what it does and is good value for money but because of the after sales service I received.
