Yamaha developed SRT Powered, collaborating with recording artists to create a system tailored to the unique properties of the new SLG body and modelled after the tones of a high-end Yamaha acoustic guitar captured using a carefully selected microphone in a professional recording studio environment. By actually reproducing the sound of an acoustic guitar—right down to its natural sustain and decay—Yamaha lets guitarists experience the genuine body resonance, body tone and ambience of an acoustic guitar.SRT Powered sound can even be mixed with the sound from the instrument's piezo pickups, allowing guitarists to be even more flexible in their creative endeavors.Because the SLG can virtually reproduce the sound of a guitar recorded with a microphone, players are free from complicated procedures involved in mic-ing up a guitar when recording at home or in other settings. It's a special compact bag for that guitar. The upper part of the guitar are detachable, so in the bag this part and the guitar are stored separately. As the result the bag is more compact comparing with the regular bag for a classical guitar. The quality of the bag is Ok - it is made from hard nylon, but it's thinner than the regular bag, so I guess it's not very protective. Works ok for me to store the guitar at home. **Q: Does this one include the gig bag?** A: Yes, this includes the gig bag **Q: Is there a hard case that can be purchased separately?** A: Actually you dont need a hard case for this guitar there is no need for one . The case that comes with it is very sturdy for a soft case, and this guitar isnt as fragile as a normal guitar would be the way it comes apart and fits in the guitar case keeps it from getting damaged . **Q: On the NW (classical), can you tell me if the bridge saddle is perfectly 90 degrees to the fretboard/parallel with the nut? Or is it slightly angled?** A: It’s 100% parallel to the nut on mine but I never noticed any intonation issues. My other classical guitars have very slight (and unadjustable) angles, so the manufacturer is just guessing about the difference in gauge between strings anyway. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pl Make it available pin 737101 India *by R***G on 6 September 2023* Pl make it available pin no 737101，or else take out the advertisment ,tired of waiting，I would love to have one ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Haha *by A***D on 10 January 2024* Very good product haha very good very good yeah man this is amazing I will upload a photo of it soon ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars *by M***L on 20 January 2016* Very good quality ... ## Frequently Bought Together - Yamaha SLG200S NT Steel String Silent Guitar with Hard Gig Bag, Natural - Amazon Basics Adjustable Folding Guitar Stand, A-shape, Fully Assembled - For School Music Program, Concerts & Multiple Users, Black - WINGO Guitar Capo for Acoustic and Electric Guitars - Rosewood Color with 5 Picks --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/303056127-yamaha-slg200s-nt-steel-string-silent-mahogany-wood-guitar-hard](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/303056127-yamaha-slg200s-nt-steel-string-silent-mahogany-wood-guitar-hard) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
