Mystics of Midgard is a premium expansion for the acclaimed Blood Rage board game, introducing special Mystic units with unique abilities that can be combined for strategic dominance. ## Description

Known by many names (Seidmenn, Volva, Visendakona, etc.) and possessed of different powers granted by their connection to the gods, these warrior-shamans will be a boon to any clan able to recruit them! Mystics are special units (neither Warrior nor Monster) that players can only employ once they've given their clan one of the Mystic Clan Upgrades. Each of these Clan upgrades adds 1 Mystic figure to your clan's reserves, which you can then use to Invade and battle normally. All Mystics have STR 2 and the special ability that allows them to Invade at no Rage cost. Clans are only able to recruit a maximum of 2 Mystics. Besides adding Mystics to your reserves, each of these Clan Upgrades grants your Mystics a special ability. If you collect several different upgrades, each of your Mystics will posses all the abilities you accumulated, making them incredibly resourceful and strategic additions to your clan!.

Review: I bought these, along with the God's of asgard. They are worth it just for expansion of the game but they are also good figures to paint. I really wanted to paint the gnome as papa smurf but I ended up just painting it normally.

A: I do not have Gods of asgard, I didn't know it existed, so I can't say for sure.
I can vouch that mystics is super double plus fun, with interesting decisions to make.

**Q: Can I fit this in the base box, or will I need to buy a separate box organizer to fit everything in one?**
A: You can fit all the expansions into the base box easily. In fact, the expansions only come with a few cards and some minis. 90% of the cards you will throw away anyways because they're replicas in 5 other different languages.

**Q: Hi, what is the language of the cards?**
A: Its comes with 7 languages. So you get like 35 cards, but only 7 of the language you need. It had French, italian, spanish, english, german and 2 i can't remember. I ended up throwing all the ones not in english away.

Para mi grupo de juego esta es la segunda mejor expansión que hay para Blood Rage, siendo la expansión del quinto jugador la mejor, esto debido a que es una expansión muy sencilla de usar ya que prácticamente sólo agrega dos unidades adicionales disponibles para cada jugador incluso para un quinto jugador si se tiene la expansión correspondiente. Esta expansión agrega 2 cartas de mejoras de clan (místicos) en cada era que los jugadores pueden usar. Cada carta te deja agregar un místico (hasta un máximo de 2 místicos por jugador) en tu reserva de unidades para poder usar en los turnos siguientes. También proporcionan una habilidad especial a cada místico que tengas y lo mejor es que cada mejora diferente de místico se acumula a las habilidades que ya tenía el místico, siendo posible hacer tus místicos una de las figuras más poderosas del tablero. En conclusión lo que agrega esta expansión es una nueva unidad que puede convertirse en una unidad temible para los demás y que te permita ganar puntos de victoria de manera más fácil a través vencer en las batallas y controlar ciertos territorios. Con esta expansión se agrega un poco más de variabilidad a las cartas que hay en cada era, aumentando aún más la cantidad de diferentes escenarios posibles para cada partida. El precio me parece bueno para lo que incluye. Lo compré a $300 con Amazon Estados Unidos y consta de 10 miniaturas, 10 bases para las figuras (2 de cada color de jugador), 1 instructivo en inglés y 11 cartas en inglés: 6 de mejoras de clan y 5 de referencia de los místicos que son para cada jugador. Al ser la versión multilenguaje (modelo BLR304) en realidad cuenta con 5 intructivos, 30 cartas de mejora y 25 cartas de referencia adicionales que en realidad son copias de las que en realidad son necesarias para jugar pero en otros 5 idiomas: español, italiano, polaco, alemán y francés. Como siempre con Cool Mini or Not, las miniaturas son de una calidad excepcional y excelentes para los amantes de pintar las miniaturas de sus juegos de mesa.
