Review: Endures great, 2 years in- new roof after install - Had these installed for 2 years, ordered about 7 boxes. These fit great, no issues, still need to brush off pine needles here and there. Always remember to do the slight bend when installing. Speaking of which, our new roof was installed 2 years after I installed these, and the roofers easily removed the old shingles, added the new around these and the shingle warranty not impacted at all. These are low maintenance, no issues, and easy to install, and have no negative impact on old or new shingles. Great product, saved us THOUSANDS of dollars instead of having some professional outfit install their own gutter guards. Probably the best home upgrade I have done myself, and best purchase from desertcart. Also- when these are on sale, load up for your gutter project! These have lasted through all weather conditions in Wisconsin, rain, ice, snow, melting snow/ice. Sure some dripping over the gutters, but that is expected with the amount of snow/ice in late winters here. The gutter guards typical melted first and stayed clear for melted snow and ice to drain off roof into gutters.

**Q: Can I get the sample pack in Super size?**
A: Our Sample Pack comes with both the Standard and Super sizes so that you do not have to worry about which size to buy.

**Q: Do these guards need to be wiped or brushed off periodically?  I can't do that on a second story house.  Any feedback is appreciated.**
A: Yes, I have pine needles that accumulates on the guards.  I can brush them off on first story.  I go up on roof on second story part of house and blow them clean without having to get too close to edge of roof since the needles lay on top of the gutter guards.  Before the guards were installed I had to spend some time next to edge of roof blowing them out and sometimes on one knee carefully cleaning with my hands.  I feel a lot safer since the guards were installed

**Q: Can we use this product with a flat roof?**

**Q: What do you use for end caps?**
A: great question.   I put these up 2 x / week and they work great.  I take a hack saw and about 9 inches from the end slice through the back.   I may even cut an in/  inch and a half slit.   I bend that 9 inch part back.    That 9 inch section is so low that you can put the two small screws right from the end into the top of the end cap.   The 9 inch back is also bent down and will cover the back where the gutter over extends the roof.     My experience is birds don't like being around these at all anyway.   To be extreme, Home depot sells some bird repellent blue would guarantee that no birds would come by.  I hope this helps
