Everything going fine, still barking! Now the big switch on, 1 bark and a bleep. The dogs were confused, where did that come from….amazing, no barking, they were so peaceful. Then the big test, the day I am in the office. I check the cameras all day and there they were chilling,nice and calm, no howling for hours and hours, I think my neighbour is happy too . This device is amazing and works a treat. They are so easy to use, they don’t need to be tight to the neck. Make sure you have the light at the top, I didn’t realise and it kept tapping their usual collar which made it bleep. I don’t keep it on them all the time, apart from when I go out. **Q: Is it suitable for dogs 6months old!?**

Thanks for your interest in our anti barking dog collar. It's strap can be adjusted from 34-52cm. And fits for all size dogs weighing from 20-120lbs.

A: This product has an adjustable collar so would fit any dog

**Q: Within the instructions there is a small spanner to unscrew the plastic caps from the prongs.  Why is this?  Do they need to be removed before use?**
A: If you check the plastic caps you will see they are different lengths to suit your dogs coat. No need to change them to use unit.

**Q: I lost my chargin cabel. Is there any way to buy just the cabel?**
A: I'm not sure about this but it must be worth asking the question at any store that sells cables e.g. Currys? Take the collar with you so that they can see the size and shape of the  ut that fits into the collar, the other end just needs to fit your computer or whatever you use to charge, it is standard to most computers etc. Hope this helps!!

This collar is amazing!!! I was VERY sceptical ordering it and didn't expect it to work to be honest. My lab is/was very vocal through the gate allday to people/ dog walkers passing. We put the collar on him just when he was out the garden for a few days.... today he has been out the garden without the collar and hasn't barked once 😮 I'm honestly shocked!! Best buy ever for us (and our neighbours).
