The product is labeled gluten free. However is from wheat dextrin source- which many advise to stay away from ?!? **Q: What is this product made from, wheat or chicory? The original Benefibre is Inulin (a vegetable fibre from chicory). I am gluten intolerant.** A: It's wheat dextrin, and the label says gluten free. I am very sensitive to gluten (in wheat, oats, barley, malt...) and this poses no issue for me. Works great!! **Q: is there any difference in product Optifiber and benefiber.
