This fiber has really made a difference in my IBS issues. I've been taking sunfiber for the last 2 years, and adding this gives me another great tool. Tesearch studirs show, that no matter what type of IBS you have, fiber helps!! While it definitely colors the fluid it's mixed with, there's no real taste to it! My only request is a longer scoop and/or a wider mouth to the jar!!
