Why!?These are fantastic, taste amazing, are definitely as described and dried well, these are not juicy like regular dates because they aren't meant to be, if you want them juicy buy them fresh or half-dried, these are the traditional Chinese medicine jujubes, sheer perfection. Had to post some pics as not many have, you can trust in these, they're great and despite other comments, they arrived fully dried out! I've had in tea and eaten a few when they arrived... Apparently the fruits can be made into tea as a sleep aid (and the pips too if cracked and dry-fried separately). I have not tried that yet.
