I purchased these to repair an extension cord that puppy dog chewed the end off (unplugged luckily). These ends also worked to replace the end of a fan cord. The ends are good for the price but certainly not the same quality as a single set that cost $12.00 a piece. **Q: Does this do a good job of sealing around the incoming power cord?** A: If you use the proper size cord **Q: Is this product made in Communist China? Or where?** A: Is there some other China that I am not aware of? **Q: Will this handle 1875 watts?** A: This device is rated at 15 amps which would be less than the required current for a load of 1875 watts (15.5+ amps). The safety code would require at least a 20 amp rated (plug) device. If the load is not continuous you might be able to get by with a low duty cycle, but that is exactly what burns down houses. If this were employed in unsupervised service the connection would undoubtedly deteriorate and generate heat and ultimately fire. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/303826933-enerlites-nema-5-15p-male-plug-and-5-15r-female](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/303826933-enerlites-nema-5-15p-male-plug-and-5-15r-female) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-24*
