Review: This really helps me focus - I have a busy brain and when I have attempted meditation in the past I have no idea if I am "doing it right" or making progress. The vibrations in Core give me one thing to focus on and the immediate feedback is a real plus I have only one complaint: I wish the charging connector was in the device, not the flimsy stand. I see that stand as an impediment to taking it when I travel and unnecessary to the design. (Example: I have the hypersphere massager which is identical in size and it charges directly on the device. Another software related thing: it would be great if this connected with some of the other health apps.

**Q: Can I share my Core?**
A: Absolutely. Handing your Core to a friend is a great way to let them try it out (and help them start a consistent meditation practice).

The best way to do this is to have your friend/guest download the Core Meditation app so that your biometric feedback doesn’t get mixed up. If you do let them use your Core and your phone, and don’t want to save the results, swipe left on the session afterwards to delete the session.

**Q: Does this use biofeedback?**
A: During each meditation, Core’s highly-sensitive ECG biosensors measure the patterns in your heartbeat. The app will display your biofeedback and provide customized insights, to help you understand you the impact that meditation is having on your body and how your nervous system is changing over time.

**Q: Can I use it with other app besides the Cote App??**
A: You can use Core with another App quite easily.

How this is accomplished is by utilizing our Soundscapes library that comes free with Core (along with our guided Core Work and Breath Training). Simply:

Select a soundscape/vibration pattern you prefer.
Mute the sound by selecting the in-app mute button, and set the time to "infinity".
Place your thumbs on the metal dots to start the vibrations.
Start your other App.
Upon completion of your meditation, you can go back into the Core app and end the vibration.

With the above instructions, you will still be able to check your stats, but not need to utilize a specific Core meditation session.

Core is an amazing gadget! I have only been meditating for half a year, and have been using core for about 2 months. I have adhd so meditation can be difficult. Core helps improve concentration by using vibrations to mimic breathing techniques, this helps me bring my attention back to my breathing and calms me down, improving my meditation session. The app itself is one of the best I have tried. There are tons of good sessions to try out and help you with whatever you’re feeling. The only downside of the app is that you can’t choose all of the classes when you are using device free mode.
