In comparison I also bought the Mini White Av to HDMI but it does not work for these 3 consoles without having distortion and picture quality is no good. Review: 2017 Pacifica, Nintendo Wii, and an Akale RCA 2 Hdmi adaptor - I bought this item, so that I would be able to play my Wii in my 2017 Pacifica van. I had previously bought the Wii2HDMI device, but upon installing it in the pacifica, the screen would actually turn off and on with any real motion. So the hope was that with this device's switch i could control which version of HD I got 720 or 1080. So i plugged this device in and once again the screen was switching off and on. So i decided to mess with settings and nothing was working. I finally tried to unplug the rca cable and found that it works perfectly with only one side of the sound plugged in (either white or red) but not with both. So I tried the device inside on a different hd tv and it worked perfectly with both sides plugged in. So I figured out that the issue is with the screen in the van not the device. Used to convert vintage Game Cube to HDMI and connect to Xfinity receiver. I did have to use both connections on Akale converter to make it work; RCA's to HDMI to TV input, and mini HDMI converter cable that comes with unit to HDMI on Xfinity receiver. Can use for any "old school" games systems that need to be converted to HDMI. Not sure this would of worked had I not had a cable receiver with HDMI input.
