Great price; quick delivery. Very few items could not fully scan. Much better than my previous scanner which costs three times the price. Some features required some technical assistance which they respond quickly to emails...not so with attempts to call. I especially like the ability to add scanned pictures and small documents to a scanned drivers license file. This is a great feature for customers with temporary licenses. Absolutely perfect for compliance with local law enforcement record keeping requirements. I do acknowledge that some licenses ot populate the fields; this is a very small percentage.
