I went 30 minutes with it which is allowable with this kit. I like the convince of it because you just add the gel then put the light in your mouth and then hit the button and wait. It is a great price because some of these are way more expensive and going to the dentist for it can be upwards of $600.00There are a ton of reasons why our teeth become yellow or dingy.
