I ordered the Athena brand because I was all out & Nature's Bounty was an "add-on" item, so I tried the Athena brand in it's place.This product is "ok". It is a sublingual tab with a slight cherry flavor. It takes a considerably long time to dissolve in comparison & the flavor is rather dull. But as I said, this is in comparison with a product that I have become accustomed to & comfortable with over time. I might have preferred this product over Nature's Bounty if I had taken this first...who knows?
