I will only drink black capped water as white caps make me very ill and blue caps don't have the taste or quality of black caps (the color of caps indicate how it is collected and process). Of all the black caps, Essentia is my favorite brand. I love the strong, sturdy bottles, and prefer the larger size to help me remember to hydrate. Most people don't feel like water has affects like coffee or energy drinks, but this water is clean and provides me with a boost of alertness.
