I have also bought additional individual books in the Strega Nona series because my 3 grandchildren love the stories.(ages 5, 9,and 12) I am of Italian Heritage, 3rd generation in USA so they mean so much more to me. I also love his stories about the Irish side of his family, especially the book "Nana Upstairs, Nana Downstairs" and also "Tom" about his very funny Grandpa. You will be missed Tomie de Paola.
