The case is amazing for waterproof needs I perform the test and even had my phone in the shower and nothing leaked. I've dropped my phone and it bounces so the case itself is very sturdy. However, here is the extreme downfall. For someone like me who uses my phone a lot for work and even more for family and friends, the fact that I cannot talk on my phone without having it on speaker or wearing headphones is annoying. People on the receiving end of my phone call complain that they cannot hear me if my phone is not on speakerphone they said that I sound muffled. But I did not have them on speakerphone it seems like they are miles away. After further inspection of the case this is because there is a plastic cover over both the mic and the headphone holes. This case is not one of the most expensive cases however, it's costly enough to where you would want to be able to use it while talking on the phone. If it wouldn't be for the phone speaker and mic issues, it would've received a 5. If you are not a big talker on the phone then this should not bother you and you can rest assured that this case can fit all of your sturdy needs. ### ⭐⭐ Can't Charge Phone With Case On! *by R***N on Reviewed in the United States on May 23, 2021* I was super excited to receive this case and thought it would be perfect for the level of protection I need for my phone, that is until I realized I can't plug my phone in with the case on (yes, I removed the little stopper from the port before trying to plug my charger in. It didn't fit)! I thought I was going crazy until I searched through the reviews and saw someone else had the same problem. I have a universal USB-C to USB-C charger that worked perfectly fine with my last case so I have no idea what the issue is with this one and how more people aren't experiencing it.Besides that the case seems fine, although I did experience difficulty being heard while on the phone and it is very prone to smudges and finger prints. All that being said, I'll definitely be returning since I can't charge my phone with the case on.
