Freeze the blue cooler in freezer for 24 hrs, replace backin case, put insulin vial in slot, zip closed and insulin will stay cool for 4-6 hrs. Only negative would be the zipper is very stiff and difficult to move around. I am expecting that with frequent use, it will loosen up. So far great travel case for diabetic

This is a great container. The only issue is it’s a little small so if you have more than two vials, that’s about all that it will handle. It’s very portable and keeps temperatures cool and also durable.

### ⭐⭐ Only does the job for a little while

Even though it was always a bit of a struggle to zip the carrier all the way through, it did the job. But now, less than 1 year since I purchased it, the zipper is detaching itself from the fabric, making it almost impossible to open and I must now replace the carrier. Not a happy customer.
