Ideal for yoga, Pilates, and home workouts, it combines comfort, durability, and convenience in a sleek navy finish. ## Features - Extra-Thick Cushioning for Joint Comfort : Made with 10mm (2/5") high-density NBR foam, this mat delivers plush cushioning that helps reduce pressure on knees, hips, and joints—ideal for beginners, low-impact yoga, Pilates, stretching, floor exercises, and home workouts on hard surfaces. - Comfort-Focused Surface for Controlled Movement : Textured foam surface helps reduce slipping on most hard floors during dry workouts and everyday exercise. The softer, cushioned feel prioritizes comfort and shock absorption over firmness, making it a great choice for floor-based and low-impact routines. - Soft Foam Feel with Easy Care : Crafted from low-odor NBR foam that’s easy to maintain—simply wipe clean with a damp cloth. Initial foam odor may be present when first opened and typically fades after airing out for 24–48 hours. - Versatile for Home Fitness & Recovery : Popular for yoga, Pilates, stretching, physical therapy, core workouts, and general home fitness. The extra-thick foam provides comfort on wood, tile, or concrete floors and is well-suited for regular bodyweight use. - Lightweight & Easy to Carry : Rolls up quickly and includes an adjustable carrying strap for simple storage and transport between rooms, classes, or workout spaces at home. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Asin | B07H9PZGSP | | Best Sellers Rank | #113,282 in Sports, Fitness & Outdoors (See Top 100 in Sports, Fitness & Outdoors) #1,452 in Yoga Mats | | Brand Name | Gaiam | | Colour | Navy | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars (4,816) 4.5 out of 5 stars | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00018713633200 | | Included Components | Yoga Mat 10mm | | Item Dimensions L X W X Thickness | 182.9L x 61W x 1Th Centimeters | | Item Type Name | Mat | | Item Weight | 907 Grams | | Manufacturer | Fit For Life | | Material Type | Nitrile Butadiene Rubber | | Model Number | 05-63320 | | Number Of Items | 1 | | Number Of Packs | 1 | | Part Number | 05-63320 | | Product Care Instructions | Hand Wash Only | | Unit Count | 1.0 Count | | Upc | 018713633200 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Gaiam - **Colour:** Navy - **Material:** Nitrile Butadiene Rubber - **Product Care Instructions:** Hand Wash Only - **Product Dimensions:** 182.9L x 61W x 1Th Centimeters ## Images ![Gaiam Essentials Yoga Fitness & Exercise Mat, Navy, 72" L x 24" W x 10mm Thick - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/815N07vUitL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bon achat *by on Reviewed in Belgium 17 April 2025* Bien épais pour la pratique et pas trop encombrant s'il est enroulé. ### ⭐ Dangerous on Smooth Floor Surfaces *by on Reviewed in Singapore 5 March 2021* I will NOT recommend this mat for non-carpeted floors - it is very slippery against a smooth floor surface (does not have traction with the floor, and feels like you are on ice), as it traps a thin a layer of air between the floor and mat (regardless of which side of the mat you use)All my children have slipped and fallen, to the point where we’ve just thrown the mats out rather than risk further injury. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall good ! But mine of has some defects *by on Reviewed in the United States 8 August 2026* Good very Soft ! Only cons is not looking new ! It’s has some defects ! Its knee support is there ! Grip is good . Easy to use ! Good its coming with a carry ## Frequently Bought Together - Gaiam Essentials Thick Yoga Mat Fitness & Exercise Mat with Easy-Cinch Yoga Mat Carrier Strap, 72"L x 24"W x 2/5 Inch Thick - Gaiam Yoga Block - Supportive Latex-Free Eva Foam - Soft Non-Slip Surface with Beveled Edges for Yoga, Pilates, Meditation - Yoga Accessories for Stability, Balance, Deepen Stretches - Amazon Basics Neoprene Dumbbell Hand Weights for Exercise and Muscle Toning --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/305582331-gaiam-essentials-yoga-fitness-and-exercise-mat-navy-72-l](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/305582331-gaiam-essentials-yoga-fitness-and-exercise-mat-navy-72-l) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-19*
