I actually use it more for relief from leg cramps than making drinks. Not sure why it works for cramps but it’s much more tolerable than drinking plain vinegar. There are other health benefits from drinking shrubs and this is an excellent way to add it to your daily regimen. The shipping containers that the shrub comes in are super durable and provide excellent protection and can be easily repurposed and/or recycled.
