Review: It was exactly what I ordered - Item fit perfect, quick shipping, thanks Review: Do not buy - DO NOT BUY keeps running will not stop water running. I Had a master plumber install urinal to make sure it was done right and he did an awesome job. Only problem is the zurn flush valve. We called customer service and were told to take it apart and make sure spring is not stuck to piston. Something “common to this model when new” is what we were told. We did but still not working... they sent us what they called a step by step on how to remove piston and spring... it was just a copy of the manual that came with the valve 😡 looks beautiful but just an expensive paper weight. Returning it and buying a different one... maybe American. Update: finally talked to someone in customer service that knew what she was talking about. She walked me through clearing a small hole that carries water up the thing to do the thing... long story short it WORKED!!!!!
