I do not put powder in the case because I only use this for after i come out the shower. I leave it a tad open so i can air out if it was a tiny bit wet. Because if you don't it can mold up on you. Well with anything that you don't let air dry before you close it, it will get moldy. This can't be fixed in any way on your own so now a fraction of the baby powder leaks out everytime I place it on a surface. If it took 20-25 days to ship this item to me, I dare not go about returning the product in anticipation for a better one because it's going to take a heck lot of time. So there is no guarantee when you receive the product that you will receive it in a single piece. The plastic case is very brittle and I don't expect it to last for any amount of time, It is like the plastic that cheap toys are made of. All in all, it will get the job done (bought for my husband to make it easier to use cornstarch powder), but I wouldn't purchase this particular item again.
