    The same exact filter my local big box is out of 75% of the time

My AC guy told me the fancy pleated filters were going to cause an early death of my AC fan if I kept using them. The only reason I had been using them is they are the only filters most places have. After he told me that I started getting filters as the local home big box hardware store so I could get these filters. Problem is, they are out of stock on the 20X30X1 size about 75% of the time. Last time I went I found two other guys staring at the spot they should be. We all commented they are usually out of stock. So, I tried these hoping they were similar to what I got at the big box. Turns out they are the same exact filter. Order a box and save the four trips to the big box store to get one filter. They came fast and in perfect shape.

These are 30 day filters.  If you are OK with that, then these will work for you.  They fit, shipped promptly and are fine, but just too thin.  I recommend you buy thicker, longer lasting air filters.
