I purchased a Pedag Holiday shoe insert and then stuck the pad to it. Placed the insert in each on of my shoes. When changing shoes you can simply switch between pairs. **Q: Is there an instruction about an exact location to put ?** A: Before sticking them permanently to the shoe, put some double sided tape on the back of the pads and place them in your shoe. Then wear a bit to test the position. This way you can readjust as needed until they feel right. Then mark the correct placement, peal the backing and stick to the shoes. **Q: I would like to return this product** A: What's wrong with your product? **Q: How do you know if you need the 1/4” or the 1/8”?** A: From my own experience - the 1/4 inch was better.
