The rasp tool is used to clean the puncture. The nozzle is inserted into the tire using the probe tool. After placing a mushroom plug into the plugging device, it is easily inserted through the nozzle into the tire. A firm pull on the stem seats the plug against the inner wall allowing no air to escape. The mushroom plug head will expand when seated to cover and seal the punctured area from the inside. Reinflate the tire using the Co2. Each cartridge supplies up to 9 psi depending on size of tire. This will ensure maximum reliability while reducing your downtime in any situation.Features:Repair both flat and punctured tubeless tiresRepair tire on the vehicleComes with 15 mushroom plugs (3/4" shaft length 5/16" shaft diameter)Four CO2 Canisters to reinflate tireCompact Vinyl Zippered Pouch for easy storagePackage Includes: (1) Nozzle (1) Tire Plugging Device (4) Steel Canisters of CO2 (16 grams) (1) Probe Tool (1) Reamer/Rasp Tool (1) Hex Wrench (15) Mushroom Plugs (1) Cutting Tool (1) Instructions (1) Vinyl Zippered Pouch (1) Extra Zip Lock Bag ## Features - Repair both flat and punctured tubeless tires - Repair tire on the vehicle - Comes with 15 mushroom plugs (3/4" shaft length 5/16" shaft diameter) - Four CO2 Canisters to reinflate tire - Compact Vinyl Zippered Pouch for easy storage ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Manufacturer | Stop & Go | | Brand | Stop & Go | | Model | 1001 | | Product Dimensions | 12.7 x 2.54 x 20.32 cm; 725.75 g | | Item model number | 1001 | | Manufacturer Part Number | 1001 | | OEM Part Number | 1001 | | Item Weight | 726 g | ## Product Details - **Colour:** Black - **Material:** Rubber - **Brand:** Stop & Go - **Fit type:** Vehicle Specific Fit - **Vehicle service type:** ATV, off-road-motorcycles, street-cruiser-motorcycles, street-motor-scooters, street-sport-motorcycles, street-touring-motorcycles, utility-vehicles ## Images ![1001 28 Piece Tubeless Tire Pocket Plugger Repair Kit & CO2 for Punctures and Flats on Motorcycle, ATV, & Utility Vehicle (15 Mushroom Plugs) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61BaPXS0HJL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: How long would you drive on this type of repair? I have about 1500 miles left on the rear tire and dont quite want to replace yet.** A: I have used this repair kit five or six times on different vehicles in the year I have owned it. The repair is permanent and will last just fine until the tire needs to be replaced. Thousands of miles have been put on the tires that have repair with the most being about 15,000. No leaks and no problems whatsoever. **Q: Is it okay to leave this under my seat in hot weather? Wondering if I should be worried leaving co2 tubes in the heat. Thanks!** A: Personally, I would not store them under the seat. It can get extremely hot in that area. If you do not have saddlebags, I would suggest one of the leather tool bags that you can attach to your front forks or to the handlebar risers. Thanks, **Q: Does it come in a storage bag? This is pictured without the pluge or bag.** A: It comes in a vinyl zippered bag. The picture you saw was posted by a re-seller not the Stop & Go Factory. **Q: Can this work for tires that have inner tubes? basically a tubed tire** A: You can plug any tire including a tube-type tire. However, if the tube is punctured, the tire will not hold air because the air will escape thru the spoke holes. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/306075541-1001-28-piece-tubeless-tire-pocket-plugger-repair-kit-co2](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/306075541-1001-28-piece-tubeless-tire-pocket-plugger-repair-kit-co2) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-20*
