I take one of these when I first wake up and it seems to put a halt to the constant drainage, and then I take another one right after breakfast and I barely have allergy symptoms for the rest of the day. You can take them together, but it says to take between meals so that's how I started doing it and it works for me. They are slightly larger capsules than some but I'm used to swallowing pills so it doesn't bother me. No taste to speak of, and I tasted some of the powder by pulling apart one of the capsules and you could easily mix it into water or a smoothie or something with no taste if you're not one to like taking capsules. I still have some very minor symptoms but I'm sure after I start taking some Reishi mushrooms again with it it'll clear the remainder of the symptoms right up. All in all it's a good product and seems to be a good brand, I'm about to order their vitamin B complex and test that out.
