They pack down small when not in use, hold a ton of documents and papers, and are nicely constructed. I was worried about lifting them because of the amount of papers in it, but they feel very sturdy and are much easier to carry than the milk crate we were using. Be sure to hook any hanging folders on the covered edge inside the zipper flap. It zips easily and holds securely, and should be great for moving it around.
