Lubrication shall be applied in the area that you do most of the walking or running. Eventually the oil will spread in belt overall. Hope this help. **Q: Could you tell me the expiration date of the product you have in stock?** A: Where is the expiration date? I will show all the info on the box **Q: can different lubricant brands be mixed, meaning that I previously used a different brand?** A: I would say yes. There is not much lubricant present in the first place. Most brands do not include anything toxic or damaging. **Q: Is it safe for proform cadence compact 500 treadmill? i am confused if they use paraffin or 100% silicon lube** A: I'm pretty sure it's 100% silicone without the use of paraffin.
