It's a very convenient and comfortable product. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because tightening the straps when the child is in place is a little bit of a struggle. To be honest I would have given this a 4.5 star rating, because it's still a really nice product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exactly what I needed for my little girl! *by K***Z on August 25, 2016* Easy to install, adjust, and unbuckle! ### ⭐ Need to improve Harness, straps and buckel connectors *by J***Y on April 28, 2014* I had really high hopes for this car seat but the straps around the buckle are got tangled so bad that I never figured out how to "fix it". I spent 1 hour trying to untangle the strap so it would buckle correctly and I never figured it out. I am almost starting to think that I go a defect one. I am so disappointed because the time I used get the car seat from, figure out the straps and return the item to the store, is time I could have used to spend time with my kids.The reclining feature is very hard to adjust. I had to use extra force and my body weight to adjust reclining positions on a flat floor in my living room (I weigh 170lbs, about 5'8 and do cardio regularly).The only good thing about this car seat is that the height was easy to adjust.When the carseat was on my living room floor (which is leveled) the carseat wasn't leveled, which I find it weird and concerning. The manual says to use a rolled towel that's another inconvenience.I'm not bashing Graco, I have an infant snugride from 2010 and it's works great and the straps don't get tangled easily.
