**Q: I heard the ban in california has been lifted. Even if amazon say no sales to ca will you ship it to me? they dont have to know.**
A: It is against Amazon's policy for sellers to ship foie gras to California. The ban was overturned almost three years ago, but Amazon has maintained their policy.  Currently the ban is being considered again in court and may be reinstated.  Crimson Gourmet sells foie gras and will ship to any state including California.

**Q: I learned about this cruel product from a Mercy for Animals undercover video showing the horrible way these ducks are force fed.  Is this humane?**
