We liked them so much that we bought a pair of pink for our daughter's room. As other reviews have stated, the lighter colors don't block as fully, but they still do an amazing job. Basically, with the black you don't see any light through the curtains. With the pink you can see where the blinds are, as there is a little shadowing on the curtains.
