The flocking keeps my clothes on the hanger and the flat design allows me to hang more things. I purchased the ten-packs of hot pin ones twice because they didn't come in 30 or 50 pieces. Screw it, I've been using these for months, and they're still amazing. I'm buying the 30 piece black ones now, and I'm super excited. Here's why I like these and what I use them for:1. All fashion designers "know" that fat women hate sleeves. Nope, we don't want them on our dresses. We also want wide necklines so everyone, including our boss, will look down our cleavage. So we buy these dresses that just slide off our hangers. Well, guess what? These hangers fit my size 22/24 sleeveless, low neckline dresses without a problem. Even when I pull one dress out of the closet, the others stay firmly in their place on the velvet hanger..2. On the rare occasion that I don't want to bare my bosom at the office, I wear a cami (so... everyday). While I generally fold my camis in the closet, they are all cotton, so I hang them dry on a rack on these velvet hangers. The velvet doesn't rub off on the wet material, and the camis don't fall off the velvet.3. The hot pink is gorgeous and hot pink.CONS:1. These are very, very thin hangers. They kinda suck on anything with sleeves because they leave divets in my clothing. If you absolutely have to hang a shirt with sleeves on these, turn the shirt inside out so that the divets to in towards your skin and are less noticeable.2. The only way to sanitize these hangers is to stick them in the freezer for a few days or, if you happen to live in the Arizona desert, stick them on the patio for a few days in direct sunlight when it's 110 degrees. If I get lice or bedbugs or anything, these hangers will have to be tossed. No, I don't plan on getting them, but I sit on the fabric on the train for two hours a day. It could happen. The only real difference I've found so far it the texture. The pink has more grip. The Huggables allow the clothing to slide more. This is not a con, just a difference.I've only rehung 1 shelf so far. I started with 49 inches of crammed clothes on misc hangers. I now have 24 inches of available space. That's a huge win!
