The screwdriver included is too long to fit two of the shelves. A stub screwdriver solved this. The bottom board (B) needs a drilled hole for the outer edge of shelf (C) that needs a corresponding hole. This makes shelf (C) studerer. These things were easy for me to correct but, not everyone has the tools or inclination to accomplish this. I do like the finished bookshelf.

The bamboo is very nice. The shelves are quite sturdy when assembled. The instructions ar quite clear. For the most part, assembly is easy. The screwdriver included is too long to fit two of the shelves. A stub screwdriver solved this. This product looks exactly as described. As you can see from the picture, it works well for a small number of books. We are using in our youngest daughter’s room. It feels sturdy, which is good. I may need to put a shim under the front to keep it from pitching forward with the heavier books. The only real complaint is the instructions. They were clear, but we’re in such an order that I had a hard time using the small screwdriver that was included. I ended up disassembling it and reassembling it in a different order—I made the “tree“ first, then attached it to the base and back. This allowed me to use a full-size screwdriver and get the torque I needed to tighten all the screws down. Seems like a great product overall.
