Et surtout être professionnel. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ GREAT *by S***Y on 7 July 2025* Great product and friendly with my hair, it was exactly I expected ### ⭐ Produit décevant malgré le changement de formule *by G***R on 13 June 2026* J'utilisais ce produit depuis plusieurs années avec d'excellents résultats. Malheureusement, la formule a visiblement changé et ce n'est plus du tout le même produit. L'ancienne version avait une couleur violette très foncée et laissait les cheveux doux, brillants et disciplinés après le lissage. La nouvelle version est beaucoup plus claire, presque violette pâle, et les résultats sont très décevants. Dès l'application, le produit s'est révélé agressif pour mon cuir chevelu avec des sensations de brûlure et d'irritation. De plus, mes cheveux sont devenus secs, rêches et frisés alors que je recherchais justement un effet lissant et soyeux. Le résultat final est un lissage raté, très loin de la qualité que j'obtenais auparavant avec l'ancienne formule.
